Individual Education/Transition Plan meetings
Meetings are held throughout the year with parents, students and any other relevant personnel involved with the student's learning. Class teachers are invited to attend the meetings or make comments for these meetings. At these meetings, progress is reviewed, future plans are made and future plans are made and goals are set in consultation with all members of the team.
